It seems that you don’t have any background in statistics. Your explanation (including the visuals) for Three Point estimates (Beta and Triangular Distribution) is incorrect. The only thing you got correct is the formulas - copied from the PMBOK or other references. At 9:39 you indicate a probability of 66.67% for “Most Likely Estimate”. It is actually zero. For any continuous distribution (including Beta), probability for a specific point on the X-axis is ZERO. Probability is the area under the curve and is finite only for a finite range on the X-asis.

Hi Sir..Thanks to all great insights provided! Your videos give a practical understanding of how things have to be comprehended in the real agile world. I keep looking into various other videos of yours to see what real experiences you would want to share.. Just 1 clarification needed from this video. When it's said that new tasks might have been added in some cases, then wont that have been estimated as well and the tool might spike the overall hours of the sprint and show us that in the graph report. Then that will accurately help us to know that such issue has occurred..Thank you again so much for your great work...No words to express my gratitude. First time got satisfied to learn from someone who is giving these sessions out of so much true concern and interest on the viewers in order for them to get utmost benefit from these sessions. Hats off to your service!!!🎉
